The State in the murder case of rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend Tebello "TIBZ" Motsoane maintains there is no proof to support the claim from accused four Mziwethemba Gwabeni that the money he received was for a business transaction. The defence has maintained that the alleged R800 000 payment paid to Gwabeni by Durban businessman Mfundo Gcaba was for legitimate business services rendered. The State insists the money was for the hit. Both the state and defence concluded closing arguments in the bail application.
