Dozens of people have been killed and many more are missing in Brazil. This comes after heavy rain caused record-breaking floods in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul. In some cities, water levels are at their highest since records began nearly 150 years ago. It's the latest in a series of weather disasters in the country and the region - where an extra-tropical cyclone hit last September.
