At his sombre, yet also celebratory memorial service that was held at the Hill on Empire in Parktown on Tuesday, South African boxing legend Dingaan Thobela's life was celebrated by his family, friends and distinguished names in boxing.
Thobela died in one of his flats in Mayfair last week Monday, from where there was an outpouring of emotion across the country.
