Lawyers representing the 95 Libyan nationals claim the men are not receiving a good treatment at the Barberton Correctional Facility and want them moved to Nelspruit Correctional Facility, in Mpumalanga. 91 of them were kept at the Barberton Prison, while the remaining four are in police custody in White River. The foreign nationals appeared briefly before the White River Magistrate Court. The men were arrested two weeks ago at a military training facility. They obtained their visas irregularly in Tunisia through misrepresentation. Their case has been postponed for further investigation.
